On April 25, BASD submitted its idea to the Idea Challenge, organized by CIVIC Europe. This way, we hope to gain supporters of our revolutionary idea in the field of direct citizen participation in government at local and national level. BASD, together with Maria Center and the Forum for Civic Participation, will be among the organizers and executors of the next index for civic participation on the territory of the Municipality of Varna, which will be held in 2022.
